Dispute Resolution Policy

The TorZon Escrow System is designed to protect both parties. However, conflicts arise. This document outlines the standard procedure for dispute resolution.

Escrow Timers & Auto-Finalize

Standard Escrow: Funds are held for 14 days. If the buyer does not finalize or dispute within this window, funds are automatically released to the vendor.

Extensions: Buyers can extend the timer if shipping is delayed.
Basic Users: 2 extensions (7 days each).
Premium Users: 3 extensions (7 days each).

Grounds for Dispute

You may initiate a dispute if:

• The item was not received (non-delivery).
• The item received is significantly different from the description.
• The package was seized by customs (if insurance was purchased).

Evidence Requirements

Admins decide disputes based on evidence. Empty claims are rejected.

• Photos: High-resolution photos of the package and contents.
• Logs: Copy of encrypted communication with the vendor.
• Tracking: If applicable, tracking status showing "Seized" or "Lost".
